    Getting here: To get to Borgo Capanne follow the main road S.S. 64; once in Ponte della Venturina follow the municipal road leading to Granaglione.

    Borgo Capanne is 15km from Granaglione, in the Municipality if Alto Reno Terme, and is a very old mountain village with several historical buildings.
    Here there is a house-tower of the XV century (unfortunately badly restored) with a very peculiar window which is decorated with shapes of breasts (a symbol of fertility); there is also a nice small XIX century oratory.
    At the foot of the village lies the ancient parish church dedicated to the saints Pietro, Procolo and Giovanni Battista; its ancient name was 'Succida' and it is mentioned for the first time in a document in 1020, but probably it had been founded between the V and the VI century.
